Elected in July 2024, NFBPWC President Barbara Bozeman is a champion of women’s advancement, bringing her military, business, and entrepreneurial experience to the role. After a 20-year career with the U.S. Air Force, she complimented her educational resume by adding dual degrees in Business and Human Resources, minors in Leadership and Management, as well as completing most of the coursework for a third degree in English Communications, all within a 3 year timeframe.

Barbara’s BPW leadership at all levels underlines her commitment to furthering NFBPWC’s mission to elevate and support women in all professional fields. From her home base in Goldsboro, North Carolina, Barbara operates her business, “Sights & Hounds Photography” and is an active member of Sisters on the Fly – the largest women’s social outdoor adventure group in the country.

Nicole Mpouli serves as the First Vice President of Membership of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs (NFBPWC). A passionate advocate for women’s leadership, inclusion, and professional advancement, she is committed to creating a meaningful membership experience in which every woman feels welcomed, valued, connected, and empowered to lead. Her vision focuses on strengthening member engagement and retention, attracting women across generations and professions, and building stronger relationships among NFBPWC clubs and federations.

Professionally, Nicole is a Finance Operations Program Manager with extensive experience in program management, business process improvement, organizational governance, and strategic transformation. She is also the Founder of ARP Consulting LLC, where she helps entrepreneurs, professionals, and emerging leaders strengthen their leadership identity, develop effective strategies, and turn their vision into measurable impact.

Nicole’s leadership extends across the national and international BPW community. She is a Past President of BPW Douala in Cameroon, a member of BPW International’s Standing Committee on Training, Development and Employment, a member of the Women 7 (W7) Task Force, and a member of the BPW LISTENS Coordination Team. Through these roles, she contributes to initiatives advancing women’s economic empowerment, leadership development, lifelong learning, inclusive governance, and global collaboration.

Originally from Cameroon and now based in the Houston, Texas, Nicole brings a multicultural and international perspective to her leadership. She believes that strong organizations are built when every member can see her value, access meaningful opportunities, and find a clear pathway to participate, grow, and lead. As First Vice President of Membership, Nicole is dedicated to ensuring that every member matters and that NFBPWC continues to grow as a welcoming, vibrant, and influential organization for women.

Nermin Ahmad is currently serving as a IF BPW UN HQ Representative in NYC, where she was elected as Treasurer of the Civil Society Committee on Migration, and as Convenor of the Subcommittee on Xenophobia, Racism and Social Inclusion. She is Secretary to the Executive Committee of NFBPWC, and continues as New York City Affiliate president. She cofounded the NFBPWC Afghan Women’s Project, now known as the Women on the Move Committee The Women on the Move Committee is intended to provide information, access to mentors and allies who are themselves business and professional women, a marketplace of resources that can help with critical services, such as improved language skills, job search aids, cultural adaptation guides, and guidance with community resources.

Nermin was educated at Harvard College and the London School of Economics. She has consulted with international organizations, major corporations, and government bodies (from local to national). She cofounded CSRspace, LLC to assist clients with establishing and leveraging plans to be sustainable, resilient, effective and economically inclusive. She is presently working on the XLinks project to bring Solar Power from Morocco to the UK, as manager of the environmental assessment for the 1,000 KM long stretch of pipeline in Moroccan waters. Nermin is President of the Harvard Alumni Disaster Preparedness and Response Team, on the Board of the American Symphony Orchestra, mentors women entrepreneurs and artists, and most recently, joined the Executive Committee of KenyaCare Inc.
